Employee contributions integration
The Employee Contribution solution imports, validates and enriches employee contribution data submitted by employers before forwarding it to the back-office system for processing. Employers can submit data in an Excel table format, with varying column headers and column sequences. The solution supports multiple worksheets within a single spreadsheet and offers three input channels for file submission: automatic retrieval from a network folder, manual upload via a user front-end, file upload through a REST API by third-party applications. Data validation rules are applied to ensure accuracy, including checks for mandatory fields, date formats, and valid ID numbers. Additionally, the solution enriches the data by linking it to back-office records for both employees and employers, ensuring the validated and enriched data is ready for back-office processing.
