The Challenge
Digiata devised a clever mobile solution to help alleviate the frustration, travel and time wastage involved in signing up new clients. Typical face-to-face sales processes involve multiple trips to and from client premises, conducting needs analyses, signing contracts or procuring supporting documents.
The Solution
A tablet-based solution was created to make the sign-up process far quicker and easier, allowing travelling workers to capture documents and photographs whilst meeting with clients. The information is verified against multiple 3rd party data sources like CIPC and the Department of Home Affairs, and enables instant auto-population of contracts, and a much-improved sign-up experience. Client-facing and mobile personnel, such as brokers and sales representatives, can now schedule appointments easily by geo-plotting client locations and mapping distance in relation to their current location.
